摘要
本研究选用甘南玛曲不同年龄的母托牛共20头,分为1月龄、1岁、2岁和成年四组,每组各5头。对其卵巢、输卵管和子宫(角、体、颈)进行了解剖观测。结果表明:不同年龄母牦牛内生殖器官的形状、位置大体上与奶牛相似;但与同龄奶牛相比,其体积明显较小,位置相对固定。牦牛卵巢、输卵管及子宫的大小及重量均随年龄的增长而变大(或增粗),各年龄组间差异显著(P<0.05);同一年龄组间两侧卵巢、输卵管和子宫的大小基本一致(P>0.05)。
21 ♀ yaks were used for examing the morphological characteristics of inner—genital organs.Divided into 4 age group: 1 month,1 year,2 year and 7—10 year.Results indicated that the shape and location of yak inner—genital organs in different age were similar to these of dairy Cow,but the size were smaller than dairy cow's of same age.The size and weight of ovary,uterine tube and uterus of yak became larger(or heavier)with the increase of age. There was significant difference between each group (P<0.05);No difference existed between the size of these organs within the same age group(p>0.05).
