摘要 基于网络技术的现代远程开放教育,使教育与人的和谐发展有机地融为一体成为可能,有助于实现教育的生活化和教育的人本回归。本文提出了在远程开放教育中实现人本回归的三大策略:利用网络环境,提供人与社会交互的虚拟现实;利用多种网络交互,创建协同学习的和谐环境;营造人文氛围,提供人性化的管理与服务。作者希望,本文能有助于探讨网络环境下现代远程开放教育发展的规律。 The emergence and development of modern distance and open learning can be seen as a revolution in the education field. How ever, to adopt sole modern distance education m ode dem onstrates som e defects, w hich reflects in lack of appeal for learning environment, lack of hum ane atm osphere and the organizational system of interpersonal society. It indicates that the current stage of m odern distance education could not reach a satisfactory level. With a view of realizing the new breakthrough of web- based learning, this article offers three strategies to realize people-oriented return in the process of distance education and open learning from the angle of hum an-oriented services. First of all, it w ill m ake use of the w eb- based environm ent to provide virtual reality of interaction betw een people and society. Virtual reality is the ideal for m ulti- m edia developm ent. W ith the increasing of netw ork broadband and expanding of the advanced digital technology, m odern distance and open learning can totally realize its ideal realm of living in learning and learning in living, living is education and education is living, w hich is the first value orientation of online education.Secondly, w e'll m ake use of the m ultiple interactive netw orks to create a harm onious environm ent for collaborative learning. C ollaborative learning requires good collaborative m ove and clarified responsibilities. R esources environm ent of m ulti-channel interaction m ust be form ed and com m on learning objective system m ust be created. In the course of collaborative learning, hum an- com puter collaboration w ill be realized through netw ork under the guidance of the tutors. A nd interpersonal collaboration w ill be realized through groups. In this w ay, m echanism of situational learning will be formed, which is the second value orientation of web- based learning.Thirdly, we w ill create hum ane atm osphere and provide humanist management and services. We'll offer series of m anagement, support and services systems in the whole process of w eb- based learning. For instance, we'll lay em phasis on education form odern learning outlook on the part of students under condition of netw orks and offer guidance and facilitate com m unication on concrete learning m ethods. W e'll reside hum anized services in academ ic proceeding m anagem ent and establish a hum anized teaching resources bank, etc. O verall, w e'll enable our students to appreciate m ore enthusiasm , m ore concerns, m ore convenience and m ore effective learning com pared w ith the study in traditional universities, w hich is the third value orientation of web- based education.
