摘要
本试验研究了用小麦替代玉米对颗粒饲料性能的影响。根据0～3周龄的樱桃谷肉鸭营养需要配制3种类型的试验日粮,即Ⅰ型(谷物饲料组成:玉米100%)、Ⅱ型(谷物饲料组成:玉米52.6%+小麦47.4%)、Ⅲ型(谷物饲料组成:玉米10.9%+小麦89.1%)。测定3种类型的颗粒饲料的密度、容重、硬度、粉化率。结果表明,小麦和玉米比例不同的日粮颗粒密度差异不显著(P>0.05),容重、硬度、粉化率差异极显著(P<0.01)。随着小麦添加比例的增加,颗粒饲料的容重、硬度增加,粉化率降低。
The effects of wheat replacing corn on the performance of pellets were investigated in the present study.Basing on the nutrient requirement of 0 ～ 3 weeks ducks, three types of experiment rations which differed in cereal grain composition Ⅰ(100 % corn),Ⅱ(52.6 % corn and 47.4 % wheat) and Ⅲ(10.9 % corn and 89.1 % wheat) were designed.Density,bulk density,hardness and percentage of powdered pellets of every type of rations were measured.The results showed that there was no significant difference(P > 0.05) in density and there were significant differences(P < 0.05) in bulk density,hardness and percentage of powdered pellets.With increasing level of wheat in ration,bulk density and hardness increased,while percentage of powdered pellets decreased.
