摘要
本实验研究了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饲料中雌二醇含量。用甲醇提取饲料中雌二醇,通过固相萃取小柱净化,洗脱液用高效液相色谱法进行测定。通过方法学考察,所建立方法具有良好的线性关系、回收率等。
Estradiol in feedstuffs was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methanol was used to distill estradiol,the filtrate was purified with solid phase extraction (SPE).Using ethionine to purge estradiol,the filtrate was taken into HPLC to determine the content of estradiol.The rate of recovery and linearity were acceptable.
