摘要
以美国ANSI/BIFMAX5.12002标准中对通用办公用椅底座静态强度测试要求为例,采用MSC.Marc对一种铝合金底座进行了有限元数值模拟。在此模拟的基础上,采用正交试验设计方法,研究设计此种底座的三个主要设计参数对底座测试强度的影响规律,并依据此规律进行回归分析,根据分析结果,对此种底座进行结构优化使其在满足测试强度要求的前提下轻量化。
According to the test requirements of the ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2002,the base of general-purpose office chair must comply with the static base test of this standard.Numerically simulates this test of an aluminum chair base by the MSC.Marc software.On the basis of this simulation,the orthogonal experimental design method is used to analyze the regular effect pattern of the three main design parameters on the base strength and find in these parameters which are the significant factors and which are the non-significant ones within a certain size range,then make a regression analysis to determine the formula of the regular pattern,and finally make optimized design, on the basis of the results obtained above, in according with the test requirements to ensure both the strength and less weight of the base.
