少动力驱动多向侧抽芯机构的注射模设计

Design of the injection mould for less motive drives and more side core-pulling mechanism

摘要 本设计采用两个动力驱动三个侧型芯抽芯机构实现三处抽芯,改进了常规设计中采用三个动力驱动三个侧型芯抽芯机构。同时,采用推顶侧抽的拉模芯脱模机构实现制品的脱模,避免推杆直接推顶制品,造成外观的推顶痕迹。 The design adopting two motive drive and three side core framework realizes core-pulling ,broke the conventional design that adopts three motive drive and three side core-pulling design ,demoulding of manufactured products be realized by using drawing die core demould mechanism of ejection and side core-pulling ,ejection trace of manufactured products that comes into being owe to directly ejection by handspike be avoided.
