摘要
分析挡板对搅拌功率的影响,指出标准挡板未必适应特定的工艺要求。探讨通过挡板截面结构的变化,改善叶轮的动力特性,提高搅拌体系的混合效率。
The paper analyzes how the baffle affects the agitatin g power,indicates standard baffle doesn't always fit special process requiremen t. It is discussed to change the cross structure of baffle to improve the power characteristic of the impeller and the mixing efficiency of the agitating system .
