摘要
详述了钼全湿法(氧压煮法)生产中“三废”综合利用新工艺,包括氨浸渣回收粗钼酸;氧压煮废液萃取回收铼、钼;酸沉母液、酸分解液制备氯化铵的工艺流程及其操作方法等。新工艺具有十分显著的技术经济效果和环保效益,应予以推广应用。
The new technology for 'three wastes' comprehensive utilization during molybdenum hydrometallurgy has been detailed,in which contained the technologycal process and operating metheds for recovering the semifinished molyboenum acid from ammonia leaching slags,extracting molyboate and rhenate from oxygen autoclaving wastwater,preparing ammonium chloride from mother liquors.of acid precipitation and decomposition liquors. The new technology not only has striking technologycal and society economical results,but also has society and envioronmental protection benefit. It is necessary to popularization and application.
