摘要
由于环境科学本身尚未成为单一的学科领域,因而在系统工程中,环境系统工程的研究就起步较迟,它在现阶段的实践方向也处于争议阶段.本文正是就这一争议的问题,从队伍的组织、基础建设和当前面临的一些实质性问题提出了自己的见解,以推进实际工作的进度.
The study for the systems engineering of environment has just begun in all the science systems engineering. As the environment science has not formed as a certain sort of course and its practical direction in current period is in the period of many different opinions. This article talks about my opinion of the systems engineeriog of environment from the organization foundation to the essential questions accored today in order to promote the development of practical work.
