摘要 有意识的生命活动把人同动物的生命活动直接区别开来,人的生命属于自主性生命,已超越了生命本能,成为自我生命的主宰者。人的活动是有意识的追求个性自由的、生存优越的创造性的活动。创新是组织发展的内在要求。具有创新精神的组织才有活力,才有可能在竞争中取得优势地位。"创新人"的人性假设给管理者提供了促使组织进一步超越的理论基础。以事就人,以人为主,才能使人尽其才,人适其所。 The conscious life activities differentiate the activities between human beings and animals, and the life of human beings is independent and has sup-passed his instinct to be the dominator of himself. The human beings' activities are the conscious innovation of pursuing free personality and superior existing . Innovation is the internal requirement in the corporate development. So only those corporates with innovation have activation and obtain superiorty in the competition. The human nature hypothesis of ' Innovatist' provides the theoretical basic to the managers to enhance the corporate development . Only making the human beings the master, his capacity can be made full use of.
