介绍了在《防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求》和《国家电力公司电站锅炉汽包水位测量系统配置、安装和使用若干规定》的基础上,制定《火力发电厂锅炉汽包水位测量系统技术规定》的背景、依据、主要原则及其确定的理由,可供执行该《规定》时参考。
Based on 'The 25 key requirements concerning preventing the grave accident for power production'and'The stipulations (try out) of disposition, installation and use for water level measuring system of boiler drum fa power plant fa State Power Corp.',the background,basis,major principles and its definition reason of compiling'Technical stipulation of water level measuring system for boiler drum in thermal power plant' were introduced, which can be as reference for conducting this 'stipulation'.
