双工超声测定颈动脉狭窄与老年收缩期高血压相关关系

Study on Relationship Between Carotid Artery Stenosis and Older Patients with Isolated Systolic Hypertension by Duplex Scan

本文采用双工型超声检测８４例老年收缩期高血压患者的双侧颈总动脉、球部和双侧颈内动脉，并与６０名正常血压老年人相比较。血压诊断由二十四小时动态血压监测（ＡＢＰＭ）和汞柱式血压计共同做出．发现老年收缩期高血压患者颈动脉狭窄发生率（３９．１％）和计分（５．１±１．０）比正常血压老年人（８．３％，２．１±１．１）明显增高。提示颈动脉狭窄与老年收缩期高血压密切相关，以计分和流速比值相结合可作为其预测指标，并分析了产生这种现象的病理基础和相关因素。

Duplex scan was performed on 84 patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) and 60normotensive control subjects. Blood pressure diagnosis was obtained from Ambulatory Blood PressureMonitoring (ABPM) and Casual Office Blood Pressure (COBP). We measured the flow velocity andscores. It showed that the incidence of carotid artery stenosis and scores were greater in ISH(39. 1%,5. 1±1. 0)than those control subjects (8. 3%, 2. 1 ± 1. 1 ). We thought that the carotid artery stenosiscould be made as a predictors of ISH in older adults.
