摘要
本文用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对89例正常妊娠和58例胎儿宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)进行血流动力学检测发现正常妊娠时TAV、Q随孕周增加而增加,S/D比值随孕周增加而下降,孕30周后S/D<3.0;IUGR时孕20周即出现TAV、Q降低,以脐静脉、脐动脉较明显,子宫动脉亦有不同程度改变,异常占92.53%,而脐动脉的PI、RI、S/D比值至孕30周才均有不同程度改变,S/D异常占81.03%,两者相比P<0.01差异有极显著性意义。TAV、Q是检测胎儿血循环的敏感指标。
The fetoplacental and uteroplacental hemodynamics were detected in 89 normal pregnantand 58 IUGR patients with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The results showed that TAV and Qwere gradully increasing, and S/D ratio was deareasing during normal Pregnant period. After 30thweeks of pregnancy, the S/D ratio was less than 3. 0. But in IUGR group,we found both TAV and Q ofUmA Umv and UtA descended after 20th weeks of pragnancy, especially after 30th weeks,in 92, 53% ofpatients. PIRI and S/d ratio were elevated until 30th weeks pregnancy, and the abnormal S/D ratio appeared in 81. 03% of IUGR patients. But there were no significant changes of RI and S/D ratio in UtA.The results suggest that there were significant abnormal helllodynamic changes of fetoplacent and uteroplacent in IUGR patients compared with normal pregnancy. TAV and Q are sensitive indexes to detectfetal circulation.
