肾结核的B型超声诊断

Diagnosis of Renal Tuberculosis by B-mode Ultrasound

本文报告经手术、病理证实的３８例肾结核，其中２１例首先由Ｂ超检查确诊，符合率为５５％。通过肾结核的声像图表现与病理结果对比分析，揭示了不同病理结果产生不同的声像图特征，二者关系密切。着重对肾结核的声像图表现及鉴别诊断作了阐述。我们认为；Ｂ超对肾结核的诊断有很大的优越性及较高的诊断价值。

eases of 38 renal tubetculosis proved by operation and /or pathologic examination were accurately diagnosed by B-ultrasonics at first, having 55 per cent of the diagnostic coincident rate. The ultrasonic manifestation and pathologic findings were compared and analysed. The results showed that differet pathologic types of renal tuberculosis had different acoustic imagic characterstics, both was related closely. In this paper, we explained emphatically the B-ultrsonic characteristics and differential diagnosis of renal trberculosis and also analysed the causes of Misdiagnosis. We consider that B-ultrsonic examination have higher value and superiority for renal tuberculosis.
