门诊更年期妇女相关症状、行为和知识状况的调查

An investigation on relevant symptoms, knowledge and behavior in climacteric women visiting an outpatient clinic

目的了解更年期妇女症状、行为和保健知识的状况,以进一步加强更年期妇女的预防保健工作。方法抽取2004年3月至4月就诊于北京协和医院更年期门诊的302例妇女,以问卷形式进行调查,回收有效问卷299份。结果绝经者213例,占63·9%,平均绝经年龄为(49±5)岁。更年期症状出现的平均年龄为(48±5)岁,主要症状包括烦躁、心慌(68·5%),盗汗(63·9%)和阴道干燥(59·8%)。小于55岁有性生活的比例在70%以上,55岁后下降至41·4%。调查对象中了解更年期症状的占63·9%,接受激素治疗的占80·3%。结论自40岁开始即应注重更年期妇女心理卫生保健和性保健工作,加强多途径预防保健知识的宣传。

Objectives To understand relevant symptoms, knowledge and behavior in climacteric women and to strengthen prevention and health care for them.Methods Totally, 302 women who visited a climacteric outpatient clinic at Peking Union Medical College Hospital were selected by simple random sampling for questionnaire interview during March to April 2004.Results Menopausal women numbered 213 accounting for 63.9% of the subjects selected, with an average age at menopause of (49±5) years. Their climacteric symptoms appearanced at an average age of (48±5) years, with main complaints of restlessness and palpitation (68.5%), night-sweat (63.9%), and colpoxerosis (59.8%). More than 70% of the women less than 55 years old reported they still had sexual intercourse with their couples, but only 41.4% of those more than 55 years old did so. About 63.9% of the women interviewed knew some of climacteric symptoms and 80.3% of them tended to accept hormone therapy.Conclusions It is important to pay more attention to psychological and sexual health care and publicity of preventive care provision by multiple ways for climacteric women beginning at their forties.
