心壁多普勒频谱图与M—UCG关于室壁运动的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 心壁多普勒频谱图(cardiacwalldopplerspectrum,CWDS)是用脉冲式多普勒技术检测室壁舒缩运动速度的新方法。用此方法与M—UCG对比观察了32例健康人。发现两种方法的相同点:CWDS的收缩期频谱积分与M—UCG的最大位移和CWDS的收缩期平均速度与M—UCG的收缩期斜率均无差异。其不同是:①CWDS是室壁瞬时速度的轨迹,M—UCG的室壁运动曲线是舒缩运动的位移。②CWDS的收缩期峰值出现在收缩开始后的0.1±0.035,而M—UCG的最大位移出现在收缩期的终末0.27±0.035处。说明CWDS可以检测室壁运动的瞬时速度、峰值速度和平均速度,较M-UCG的信息更丰富,为定量研究室壁运动提供了一个新的手段。 Cardiac wall Doppler spectrum (CWDS) is a new method measuring ventricular wall systolic-diastolic motion velocity be using pulsed mode Doppler technique. A comparative observation of this method and M-UCG was made on 32 normal subjects. It was discovered that two methods were identical in some points. There is no difference in average systolic velocity of CWDS and systolic slope of M-UCG, as well as systolic spectrum integral of CWDS and maximum displacement of M-UCG. The difference is: 1. CWDS is the locus of ventricular wall instantaneous velocityl the ventricular wall motion curve of M-UCG is the displacement of systolic-diastolic motion. 2. The peak systolic velocity of CWDS appears on 0. 1±0. 03 s after the begining of systolic and the maximum displacement of MUCG appears on 0. 27±0. 03 s the end of systolic. It is indicated that CWDS can examine instantaneous velocity, peak velocity and average velocity of ventricular wall motion. It has more information the M-UCG, and provides a new method for quantitative studies of ventricular wall motion.
