摘要
在总结国内外激光熔覆金属陶瓷涂层开裂的研究现状的基础上,深入分析了裂纹的形成机理,阐述了涂层的成分和组织对裂纹行为的影响以及防止措施,为涂层材料的合理设计提供了依据,并展望了裂纹控制的发展前景。
This paper summarises the current situation of domestic and foreign researches on cracks of metal ceram- ics cladding layer,analyzes the mechanisms of the deformation of the cracks,and discusses the influence of the composition and the structure of the layer on the cracking behavior,and corresponding preventive measures.The development prospects for the layer control are also pointed out.
