摘要 综述了国内外对 C/C 复合材料摩擦磨损性能的研究现状。指出 C/C 复合材料的摩擦磨损机理为机械磨损和氧化磨损。在高温下(500℃以上)C/C 复合材料的磨损是机械磨损和氧化磨损共同作用的结果,而氧化是磨损的根本原因;影响 C/C 复合材料摩擦磨损性能的因素有材料本身的因素,如复合材料的热解炭结构、密度、石墨化度、防氧化涂层等,也有实际操作条件的因素如刹车环境、刹车过程中的刹车速度、刹车能量等。提出对不同工艺制备的C/C 复合材料的摩擦磨损性能有待于进一步研究。 The current situation of the friction and wear behavior researches on carbon-carbon composites is summarized.The friction and wear mechanism of the C/C composites is generated by oxidative and mechanical action. The wear of the C/C composites is the corporate result of oxidation and mechanical action at the temperature above 500℃,and the oxidation plays the key role.The factors influencing the friction and wear behavior include the factors of the composites itself such as the structure of the pyrolytic carbon,the density,the graphitization degree,the oxidation resistant coating,and also include the factors of the actual conditions such as the environment of brake,the brake veloci- ties,the brake energy and so on.It is suggested that further work should be done in the friction and wear behavior of C/C composites made by different methods.
