摘要
以硫铝酸盐水泥为基体,采用压制成形方法制备了碳纤维硫铝酸盐水泥机敏复合材料,同时采用掺入少量粉煤灰和硝酸氧化碳纤维的方法研究其对复合材料压敏性能的影响。单调载荷和循环载荷实验表明:碳纤维硫铝酸盐水泥基复合材料具有良好的机敏性能;5%粉煤灰的加入提高了复合材料的机敏性能,却降低了材料的断裂强度;硝酸氧化碳纤维降低了材料的机敏性能,同时也降低了材料的断裂强度。
Carbon fiber reinforced sulphoaluminate cement was fabricated by use of pressing technology, and its piezoelectric properties were studied by adding 5% fly ash and nitric acid oxidized carbon fiber. Humdrum load and cycle load tests indicated that CFRS has a good piezoelectric property; the addition of 5% fly ash improves its piezoelectric property, but reduces its rupture intensity; carbon fiber oxidized by nitric acid worsens CFRS's piezoelectric property and rupture intensity.
