摘要
纳米颗粒测试的6种常见方法分别为透射电镜观察法、X射线衍射线宽法、X射线小角散射法、BET比表面积法、离心沉降法和动态光散射法。其中透射电镜观察法和X射线衍射线宽法由于技术成熟,是现在纳米颗粒测试的主要方法;X射线小角散射法随着分形几何理论的发展,受到了越来越多的重视;BET比表面积法、离心沉降法是早期实验室中的常用方法;动态光散射法具有不破坏、不干扰体系原有状态的优点,测量范围为1~5000nm,这是上述5种方法所不能比拟的,特别适用于工业化生产中产品粒径的检测。
The six common methods for measuring nanoparticle size are TEM,XRD,SAXS,BET,the centrifugal method and DLS.In these methods,TEM and XRD are the main methods because the technology is more mature.With the development of fractal geometry theory,people pay more and more attention to SAXS.BET and the centrifugal method are the main methods often used in the past.DLS has the virtues of measuring nanoparticle size without destroying and disturbing the intrinsic state of the system,the measuring range is from 1?nm to 5?000?nm,which is a preferred method over the other five methods.DLS is suitable in particular for measuring the size of industrial products.
