陶瓷/树脂基-碳纤维梯度复合材料制备

摘要 通过循环表面高温裂解-浸渍方法制备出陶瓷/树脂-碳纤维梯度复合材料。运用电子探针对样品纵截面上Si、O、C元素分布进行了分析,利用显微红外反射光谱分析了不同层面上聚硅氧烷陶瓷先驱体裂解转化产物,并利用SEM对截面形貌及陶瓷与碳纤维界面进行了测试与分析。实验结果表明Si、O元素含量在纵截面呈梯度分布,样品表面陶瓷先驱体裂解转化为Si-C-O陶瓷。 The CF reinforced ceramics/resin fuctionally gradient composites by surface pyrolysis-impregnation with heat flux were prepared.The Si,O,C distributions on the cross section of the sample were tested by electron probe microanalyzer,the pyrolysis residue of polysilicone preceramic at different depths was analyzed by microscope reflectuate FTIR spectrum,and the micrograph of the cross section and the interface between the ceramic and the carbon fibers was scanned by SEM.It is concluded that the Si and O distributed gradiently on the cross section,and the preceamic on the sample surface pyrolyzed into the Si-C-O ceramic,however,there were some porosity in the pyrolysis district and weak interfaces between the ceramic and the carbon fibers.
