摘要
对安庆石化热电厂已累计运行约18万h的10CrMo910主蒸汽老母管割管段材质状态进行了理化性能试验和蠕变断裂试验,并依据持久强度等试验结果采用传统的等温线外推法对其剩余寿命进行了评估。结果表明,主蒸汽老母管在正常运行工况下可继续安全运行10万h。
The physico-chemical performance test and creep fracture test have been carried out for material quality status of a cutdown-section from 10CrMo910 old main steam manifold having accumulative operation hours of about 180000h in thermal power plant under Anqing Petrochemical Company, and the residual service-life of it being assessed by using the classical extrapolation method from isothermal curves based on the results of persistent strength test etc.. Results show that the said old main steam manifold can still contiously be in safe operation for 100000h under normal operation conditions.
