STUDY ON AND COUTERMEASURES FOR PREVENTING CORROSION DURING BOILER SHUTDOWN PERIOD

摘要 针对锅炉停运引起的炉管外壁腐蚀问题,提出几项保护措施:(1)停运后及时彻底地清除积灰;(2)耐火材料覆盖处增加防腐隔绝层;(3)在高湿度环境下通少量热风;(4)定期通风,排除腐蚀性气体。实践证明这些措施简单实用,行之有效。 Directing against the problem of boiler shutdown leading to corrosion of outer-wall for boiler tubes, several conservation measures have been put forward as follows: (1) after boiler shutdown, thoroughly cleaning ash deposits without delay; (2) adding corrosion preventing isolation layer at places being covered with refractory materials; (3) a small amount of hot air to be ventilated in environment of high moisture; (4) venti lation to be carried out periodically for eliminating corrosvie gas. Practice shows that the above-listed measures to be simple and practical, being effective in practice.
