Chiral separation of terbutaline by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography

采用新型商品手性柱ShiseidoCD Ph,在反相条件下,对β受体阻滞剂类药物特布他林进行了手性拆分研究。考察了流动相组成、pH、柱温及缓冲盐浓度对特布它林手性拆分的影响。在优化的实验条件下,该药物获得基线分离。该方法可用于该类药物的常规分析。

<Abstrcat>Chiral separation of terbutaline by RP-HPLC with a new chiral column Shiseido CD-Ph has been studied. The effects of the content of acetonitrile, pH, column temperature and buffer concentration on the chiral separation of terbutaline were discussed. At the optimal conditions, baseline separation of terbutaline was achieved. The results achieved indicated that the method was reliable, simple, rapid and sensitive and could be applied to routine analysis of enantiomers of terbutaline.
