环抱器与钢板内固定对骨胶原纤维的影响 被引量:1

The Comparative Observation of the Effect of Embracing Internal Fixator and Steel Plate on Bone Collagen Fibers

摘要 以形状记忆合金制成形状记忆锯齿臂环抱内固定器,固定于犬股骨干骨折,并与钢板内固定作比较。实验选用犬12只,分成术后4、8、12周及正常对照共4组,每组3只。以普通光镜及偏光显微镜观察骨结构及胶原纤维变化。结果表明,术后相应时间内钢板固定侧板下骨胶原纤维变化分别比环抱器固定侧剧烈。笔者认为,环抱器比钢板内固定具有一定优越性。 We made a Sawtooth arm embracing internal fixator (SAEF) out of NiTi shape memory alloy.The femoral diaphyseal fractures of the dogs were fixed with SAEF and stainless steel plate.In this experiment,12 dogs after operation were divided into 4 groups:4 ,8 ,12 week and a normal control.There were 3 animals in each group.The changes of bone structures and collagen fibers were observed with light microscope and polariscope.The results showed that the changes of bone collagen fibers beneath the steel plate were more voilent than beneath SAEF in the relative phose after operation. So SAEF has certain superiority to stainless steel plate.(Original aritcle on page 89)
