摘要
大直径电机定转子铁心圆冲片的加工,是长期困扰无大型冲压设备的中小型电机企业制造大规格电机的一道工艺难题。本文作者根据JD9110高速冲槽机的工作特点,经过精心构思、认真的推算和巧妙设计,实现了在高速冲槽机上完成电机定、转子圆冲片的切圆,该技术已在生产中成功应用15年。实践证明,该技术不仅打破了电机制造中无大型冲压设备不能生产大规格电机传统定式,且为多品种、小批量生产方式下加工定转子冲片打到一条多、快、好、省的途径。
Punchiing big diameter core sheet is a difficult problem for motor maker without heavy-duty puncher to make large-size motors. Based on the working characteristics of JD91-10 High Speed Groove Puncher, by means of fine planning, careful calculating, clever design, punching of round sheet of stator and rotor by the high speed puncher was realized successfully for 15 years. This technique not only broke the stereotype that the large-size motor can not be made without the heavy duty puncher, but also found out a better and more economical way to produce punched sheet in productive mode of multi-sizes and small-batch.
