摘要 在安全与卫生项目评价中采用费用—效果分析的方法,避开为生命和健康等非价值因素进行定价的争议,通过对YLGs、HYLGs、DALYs和QALYs等效果指标的比较,提高项目评价的科学性,为相关项目的选优和决策提供依据。 Adopting the Cost-effectiveness analysis while appraising in the S.H.E. project,it avoids to carry on dispute of pricing the life,health,environmental impact,etc.and provides foundation for best-making and decision-making of relevant project.
