摘要
烧伤后心脏功能受到明显抑制,其原因可能和心肌细胞器质性损伤有关。采用大鼠烧伤模型,研究30%Ⅲ度烧伤对大鼠心肌组织磷脂酶A2和ATPase活性的影响。结果表明烧伤后大鼠心肌组织磷脂酶A2活性和丙二醛水平明显升高,而心肌组织的Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase以及Ca2+-ATPase活性均明显降低。提示烧伤后心肌存在能量代谢障碍,造成心肌内磷脂酶A2活性升高,进而导致心肌细胞器质性损伤。
The myocardial phospholipase A 2 and ATPase activities were investigated in rats with full thickness burn injury of 30% TBSA. The results showed that there were significant increases of phospholipase A 2 activity and the inhibitions of Na + ,K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ -ATPase activities in myocardium in burned rats.Burned rats also had a higher level of MDA in heart tissue when compared to controls. This study indicates that there is abnormal engery metabolism and dysfunction of ion pump in burned rats, which can induce tissue phospholipase A 2 activity to rise. The increased phospholipase A 2 activity may be associated with the damage of myocardium after thermal injury. (Original article on page 369)
