摘要
依据现代企业人力资源管理理论,分析了龙门山石灰石矿人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,就该矿人力资源开发提出了一系列建议,对国有矿山企业人力资源开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
On the basis of the human resources management theory of modern enterprises, the problems in the human resources management work of Longmenshan Limestone Mine are analyzed and a series of suggestions on the human resources development of the mine are put forward, which gives a refevence to the human resources development of the state-owned mine enterprises.
