摘要
根据保温冒口的散热特征,引用有效散热系数修正凝固模数,进一步修正金属型铸造的凝固比得出金属型保温冒口方程式。并设计了东风EQ140汽车活塞的保温冒口。浇注实验结果显示:铸造工艺出品率提高到84.9%,显著提高了冒口有效补缩效率。
Based on the thermal properties of insulating riser, effective heat dissipation coefficient was introduced to modify modulus, moreover, the more exact freezing rate of permanent mold casting process was also obtained. A formula of the ratio of riser to casting modulus for insulating riser of permanent mould casting process was proposed. Meanwhile, an insulating riser for piston of Dong-Feng EQ140 automobile was designed. The result of casting indicated that the casting yield is increased to 84.9%. The feeding efficiency of riser is also improved remarkably.
