超声心动图测定心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿左室壁应力 被引量:1

NONINVASIVE DETERMINATION OF LEFTVENTRICULAR WALL STRESS IN CHIL-DREN WITH PRIMARY ENDOCARDIAL FI-BROELASTOSIS BY ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

摘要 以M型超声心动图测定的左室内径及室壁厚度、结合袖带血压计测量的收缩血压,计算了16例原发性心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿的左室周壁瞬间室壁应力。结果显示:原发性心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿的室壁应力明显高于正常对照组,其中应力指数Ⅱ与左室短轴缩短速率(mVcfc)呈负相关。提示:应用无创性方法测得的小儿原发性弹力纤维增生症的左室壁应力有助于诊断。 eak left ventricular circumferential wall stresswas estimated by combining echocardiographic left ven-tricular dimensions and wall thickness with cuff svstolicblood pressure in 16 children with primary endocardialfibroelastosis.The results showed that left ventricularwall stress was significantly enhanced in primary endo-cardial fibroelastosis group compared with that in nor-mal subJects.The left ventricular end-systolic wallstress correlated negatively with left ventricular velocityof fiber shortening in patients with primary endocardialfibroelastosis.This study indicated that left ventricularwall stress determined by noninvasive method obviouslyincreased and endsvstolic wall stress was related to leftventricular velocrty of fiber shortening in children withprimary endocardial fibroelastosis.
