摘要
目的:研究玉米活性多糖(CAP)对小鼠的抗便秘作用,并对其机制进行初步探讨。方法:采用正常小鼠和燥结型便秘小鼠模型,灌服给药,观察CAP对正常小鼠胃肠运动功能的推进作用及对正常和燥结型便秘小鼠的排便量及排便时间的影响。结果:CAP3.50、1.75g·kg-1剂量对正常小鼠的胃肠运动功能有明显的促进作用,推进率分别提高17.80%、16.85%;CAP3.50、1.75g·kg-1剂量能明显增加正常小鼠的排便量,缩短小鼠的排黑便时间,排便量分别增加54.32%、32.28%,排黑便时间分别缩短26.87%、19.70%;CAP能明显增加燥结型便秘小鼠的排便量,以3.50g·kg-1剂量组效果最好,口服4h内排便量增加73.44%。结论:CAP具有明显的抗便秘作用。
Objective To study the anti-constipation of corn active polysaccharide and preliminarily explore its mechanism in mice. Methods The normal mice and constipation model mice were selected and fed with corn active polysaccharide. The propelling function of corn active polysaccharide to the gastrointestinal vermicular motion was monitored. The influence of the corn active polysaccharide in the defecation frequency and the time of mice in the two groups were detected. Results The gastrointestinal vermicular motions of normal mice were promoted obviously in doses of 3.50 and 1.75 g·kg^-1, their defecation frequencies were increased 17.80% and 16.85%. The defecation time were shorten 26.87% and 19.70%,respectively. The defecation frequencies of constipation mice were evidently improved and the most efficient dose was 3.5 g·kg^-1. Conclusion The corn active polysaccharide has conspicuously anti-constipation function.
