柯萨奇病毒B组下呼吸道感染的临床研究

A CLINICAL STUDY ON LOWER RESPIRA-TORY TRACT INFECTIONS CAUSED BYCOXSACKIE B VIRUS

对１０４例临床拟诊为病毒性下呼吸道感染的患儿，采用血清免疫印迹方法进行柯萨奇病毒Ｂ组（ＣＢＶ）感染监侧，检出ＣＢＶ特异性ＩｇＭ阳性者３２例，阳性率３０．８％，与同期特异性ＣＢＶＩｇＭ阴性病例比较，ＣＢＶＩｇＭ阳性组发热，腹泻和皮疹的发生率均明显高于对照组，心电图及心肌酶谱异常分别为３６．０％和５０．０％。提示北京地区小儿急性呼吸道感染的部分病例病原可能与ＣＢＶ有关，并提示冬季也可发生ＣＢＶ流行。

erum coxsackie B virus(CBV)IgM antibody wasmeasured in 104 patients with lower respiratory tractviral infection by immunoblotting method.A total of32 cases were positive(30.8%).Based on clinical eval-uation,we can conclude that in comparison with theinfection caused by the other viruses,the main clinicalcharacteristics of the CBV IgM positive cases were:1)mild clinical manifestations with favorable progno-sis;(2 ) besides respiratery manifestations,they pre-sented diarrhea(68%),rash(36%),abnormal ECG(36%),high CPK(50%)and fever(84%).This re-search demonstrates that in winter when viral respira-tory infections are prevalent,CBV infection should notbe neglected.
