婴儿急性白血病HRX基因重排及其意义

HOMOLOG DROSOPHILA TRITHORAX GE-NE REARRANGEMENT IN INFANTS WITH ACUTE LEUKEMIA AND ITS SIGNIFI-CANCE

为探讨婴儿急性白血病细胞遗传学和分子生物学特征，采用ｈｕｔｈｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ（ＤＮＡ印迹）方法，用Ｒ／Ｓ４探针作分子杂交，在１２例＜２４个月的婴儿急性白血病（ＩＡＬ）中检测出７例有ＨＲＸ（同源于果蝇三胸基因）基因的重排，染色体１１ｑ２３上几乎所有的断裂点都集中在ＨＲＸ基因上一个狭窄的区域内。＜１８个月的７例ＩＡＬ中，有５例异常。结果提示，这种ＩＡＬ肿瘤细胞负荷大，预后差。

y means of Southern blot and hybridization withProbe P /S4,homolog drosophila trithorax gene rear-rangement was detected in 7 of 12 infants with acute leukemia(IAL under 24 month old。The IAL withhomolog drosophila trithorax gene rearrangementaccounted for 71.4%(5/7 )in infants younger than 18months of age in our study.The patients had large loadon leukemic cell and poor outcome。These results wouldbe of important help in understanding clinical and bio-logical features of IAL and provide leads for furtherstudy on its aetiology。
