摘要
为探讨婴儿急性白血病细胞遗传学和分子生物学特征,采用huthernblot(DNA印迹)方法,用R/S4探针作分子杂交,在12例<24个月的婴儿急性白血病(IAL)中检测出7例有HRX(同源于果蝇三胸基因)基因的重排,染色体11q23上几乎所有的断裂点都集中在HRX基因上一个狭窄的区域内。<18个月的7例IAL中,有5例异常。结果提示,这种IAL肿瘤细胞负荷大,预后差。
y means of Southern blot and hybridization withProbe P /S4,homolog drosophila trithorax gene rear-rangement was detected in 7 of 12 infants with acute leukemia(IAL under 24 month old。The IAL withhomolog drosophila trithorax gene rearrangementaccounted for 71.4%(5/7 )in infants younger than 18months of age in our study.The patients had large loadon leukemic cell and poor outcome。These results wouldbe of important help in understanding clinical and bio-logical features of IAL and provide leads for furtherstudy on its aetiology。
