摘要 详细介绍沙钢小高炉电炉钢包炉小方坯连铸单线高速轧机构成的紧凑型硬线生产线每一环节的技术特点和优越性。叙述了依靠科技创新,优化和整合流程、改进工序技术、积累知识等沙钢创建全国最大电炉钢和硬线基地时的三大战略,使沙钢的硬线生产率高、质量稳定而成本低,产品的竞争力强。 The technical characteristics and superiority of the compact production line of MBF-EAF-LF-billet CC-single line wire rod mill in Shagang were introduced.The Process integration and optimization,technology improvement,and knowledge accumulation were important technological innovation measures making Shagang being the biggest EAF and high carbon steel wire rod production bases,therefore,the high productivity,stable quality and low cost enhanced Shagang products' competitiveness.
