摘要
供用电合同在履行过程中出现的纠纷主要有5个方面:有关合同主体的,有关电费结算的,有关电价条款的,有关停限电的,有关扰乱供电秩序的。就此5种纠纷类型进行了具体分析并提出每一类纠纷的法律解决途径。正确处理这些纠纷有利于理顺供用电关系,履行双方的权利和义务。
The disputes appearing in the performance of electric contract are five classes mainly related contract subject, electric fee, the price of electricity, the power supply and the upset order of supplying power relevantly. The article makes a concrete analysis of every dispute and give a law way to solve it , help us to make the power suppling and consuming relation in order, coordinate the rights and obligations of both sides too.
