摘要
本文首先利用磁路分析的方法对主动磁悬浮轴承单自由度独立控制进行了理论分析,然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS在计算机上对磁悬浮轴承中磁场的分布状态进行了仿真。结果表明,将磁悬浮轴承在互相正交的两个方向上进行单自由度独立控制合理、有效。
In this article, by using the method of magetic circuit calculating, the rationality of single freedom control was analyzed firstly, Then the magetic field distributing state was simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The result show that in the orthogonal directions on AMB, the single freedom control possesses certain rationality and validity.
