喉曲菌病

Aspergillosis of the Larynx

喉曲菌病极为罕见。报告６例喉曲菌病，其临床特点是：①患者健康状况良好；②声嘶是唯一首发症状；③声带见白色附着物；④活检为化脓性、肉芽性及坏死性炎症，组织内见珊湖状分枝分隔菌丝及孢子；⑤真菌培养长出烟色曲菌菌落，镜检见分枝分隔菌丝及烧瓶样顶囊，顶生性小梗及孢子；⑥用酮康唑、或伊曲康唑治愈，经长期随访均无复发。讨论了病因，诊断及治疗问题。

Aspergillosis of the larynx is extremely rare.Six cases of aspergillosis of the larynx were presented.Clinical characters of the patients were as follows:(1) their physical conditions were excel-lent;(2) Hoarsenes was the first symptom;(3) true vocal cord demonstrated white mass;(4)Biopsy of the lesion revealed suppurative, granulomatous and necrotic inflammation with hyphae and spore with in the tissue;(5) Culture of fungi displayed tobaco colour colonies of aspergillus. microscspic examina-tion demontrated spore and septate hyphae with coral-shape dichotomous banching and flask-shape vesi- cle with phialide and spore on top;(6) All patients were cured with Ketoconazol and ltraconazol without recurrence for long-term follow-up. Etiology, diagnosis and therapy of aspergillosis of the larynx were discussed.
