生物细胞作载体矿化合成SiO_2纳米材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据无机盐可以在生物细胞膜上沉积形成纳米结构材料的现象和生物矿化理论,以原核细胞、低等生物细胞和高等生物细胞为模板,矿化合成了SiO2纳米结构材料,探讨了采用不同种类细胞模板和硅营养矿化合成了SiO2纳米材料的可能性、规律性和结构特点。研究表明,SiO2生物纳米材料的排列方式和结构形成主要取决于模板,也与生物细胞吸收的硅营养形式有关。 According to the phenomena that inorganice salt may deposit on the biological cell membraneand the biomineralization theory the SiO2nano-materials were synthesized by means of the templates ofcells of origin biology, lower biology and high plants. In the paper, we explores the possibility and lawsthat SiO2nano-materials can be synthesized by the different templates and Si nutrition and characteris-tics of structure of SiO2nano -materials. By the experiment analyses and discussions, the results showsthat the arrangement way and the structure of the SiO2nano-materials not only depend on the template;but also depend on the kind of Si nutrition.
