摘要
研究了乳化剂OP存在下铁(Ⅲ)与土霉素显色反应光度性质,在pH4.0的HOAc-NaOAc缓冲溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)与土霉素形成1:3橙黄色配合物,最大吸收波长为396nm,铁(Ⅲ)含量在0-5μg.mL-1内服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数3ε96nm=1.12×104L.mol-1.cm-1,方法用于香烟、硝酸钠、醋酸钠及氯化铵化学试剂中铁的测定,结果满意。
In the paper,the color reaction of iron (III) with oxytetracycline in the presence of emulgent OP in a HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution at pH 4.0 was studied. The composition of the complex is 1:3 (M:R). The maximum absorption wavelength of the Fe ()-oxytetracycline complex is 396 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is ε_(396nm)=1.1210~4 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1). Beer's law is followed over the concentration range of 0-5μgmL^(-1) for iron. The method was applied to the determination of iron in cigarette and chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
