摘要
在pH11.0NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,Ca2+与DBS-偶氮胂(DBS-ASA)形成蓝色络合物,该络合物的组成比为Ca(Ⅱ):(DBS-ASA)=1:2,最大吸收波长位于610nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数6ε10nm=1.20×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钙量在0~25μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律。本法用于茶叶、食盐样品中钙的测定,结果满意。
Calcium() reacts with DBS-arsenazo to produce a 1:2 (M:R) blue complex in NH_3-NH_4Cl buffer solution medium at pH 11.0. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex locates at 610 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of the method is ε_(max) = 1.2010~4 Lmol^(-1) cm^(-1). Beer's law is followed over the range of 0~25μ of calcium in 25 mL of solution. The method was used in the determination of calcium in tea and table salt samples. The results obtained are satisfactory.
