摘要
研究了虫草胞内、胞外多糖对环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的影响,结果表明,虫草胞内、胞外多糖可有效抑制环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生,其抑制作用随着虫草胞内、外多糖浓度的增大而增强,当多糖浓度为100μg/mL时,环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率最低,分别为7.333‰和7.556‰;抑制率达到最高,分别为53.52%和52.11%。
We studied the antimutation function of cordyceps polysaccharide by testing micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells. The results showed that cordyceps polysaccharide could effectively inhibit the mutation induced by cyclophoshomide. Its inhibitory function was strengthens with the increaing of cordyceps polysaccharide concentration. When the concentrations of cordyceps intracelluar polysaccharide and expolysaccharide were 100 μg/mL, the respective micronucleus rates were 7.333 ‰ and 7.556 ‰, the inhibitory rates were 53.52 % and 52.11 %,respectively.
