降低食品罐涂料用酚醛树脂中游离酚的研究

摘要 以双酚A,甲醛水溶液为原料,在碱性催化剂的作用下,合成双酚A型甲阶酚醛树脂。研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、加料顺序、升温方式等因素对合成产物中游离酚含量的影响,并用红外光谱和GPC方法对产物的结构进行了表征。发现反应温度在70℃,催化剂用量为4%,采用双酚A先与碱性催化剂混合并分段升温合成出的食品罐涂料用酚醛树脂综合性能最佳。 A phenolic resin was synthesized from bisphenol A and aqueous formaldehyde in the presence of basic catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst content,different mixing procedures and heating modes on the content of free phenol were investigated,and the structures of products were also measured by IR spectrum and GPC.The optimum technological conditions were obtained.
