随着抗生素的广泛使用,其残留所带来的一系列问题也接踵而至。研究表明,动物性食品中残留抗生素是诱发儿童肥胖的一个重要因素[1],同时抗生素的后效应也引起了人们的高度重视[2],这就使得残留抗生素检测显得尤为重要。文中对抗生素残留检测技术进行了综述。

Residual antibiotics produced a series problems as its generally applied. The study indicated that residual antibiotics in aninal products could induce children obesity and its following effects have been raised highly attention recently. Detection technology of residual antibiotics was described.
