摘要
分析了影响聚丙烯(PP)粉料灰分的主要因素,利用PP灰分理论值公式计算出确保产品灰分含量合格的最低单釜产量。实践证明,利用此公式计算出的灰分理论值与实测值基本相符,对生产中降低PP粉料灰分,预防产品灰分超标引起的质量事故有指导意义。通过提高丙烯质量、降低催化剂加料量、提高单釜产量等,降低了灰分,灰分均值稳定在210mg/kg左右,为拓宽产品应用领域奠定了基础。
This paper analyzed the main factors influencing the ash content of polypropylene (PP) powder. The minimum output of a single reactor, at which the ash content was ensured to be up to standard, was figured out by means of the theoretical formula for calculating PP ash. The practice verifies that the theoretical ash value calculated with the formula essentially conforms to the measured ash content. The method has a guiding significance to reducing ash content of PP in commercial production and to preventing accident caused by excess ash from happening. The current ash content is lowered to the level of 210 mg/kg after raising PP quality, reducing catalyst dosage and increasing output of single reactor, and thereby founding a base for expanding the application field of PP products.
