摘要 研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/软聚氯乙烯(SPVC)共混体系的相态结构和力学性能。结果表明,随着体系中ABS含量的增加,其断裂伸长率上升,拉伸强度和弹性模量下降;当ω(ABS)为70%时,缺口冲击强度出现了最大值(90kJ/m^2),此时,ABS/SPVC共混体系的相态呈现网状结构。 This paper studied the phase structure and mechanical properties of the blending system consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and soft poly(vinyl chloride) (ABS/SPVC). The result shows that as ABS content in the system rises the elongation at break monotonously ascends while the tensile strength and elastic modulus monotonously descends. When ABS content reaches 70%, a maximum value (90 kJ/m2) in the notched impact strength appears and at the same time, the phase state of ABS/SPVC blending system presents a reticular structure.
