甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌中PTEN、P63、P53蛋白的表达与临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测肿瘤基因PTEN、P63、P53蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色EnVision二步法,对108例甲状腺病变组织中PTEN、P63、P53蛋白的表达情况进行检测、分析。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌中的PTEN的阴性率分别为36%和10%,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);两组之间的P63阳性率分别为56%和20%,主要为鳞化细胞阳性,两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);PTEN的阴性率和P63阳性率与患者的性别、年龄、转移与否、肿瘤大小无关。P53在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌中未见表达。结论:PTEN失表达在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌中不是频发于早期事件;PTEN的失表达可作为甲状腺癌预后的独立性因素。P63、P53在甲状腺乳头状癌和滤泡性癌的鉴别诊断及预后中缺乏指导性。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of PTEN,P63,P53 proteins and their clinical significance in the human thyroid papillary carcinima and follicular carcinoma.Methods:EnVision immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of PTEN,P63,P53 protein in the 108 samples from thyroid lesions.Results:The nagetive rate of PTEN in thyroid papillary carcinima and follicular carcinoma was 36% and 10%, respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rate(mainly found in cells of squamatization) of P63 in thyroid papillary carcinima and follicular carcinoma was 56% and 20% ,respectively,without significant difference.(P>0.05 ).The nagetive rate of PTEN and the positive rate of P63 showed no correlation with gender,age,metastasis,and size of the tumor.There was no P53 expression in thyroid papillary carcinima and follicular carcinoma.Conclusion:The loss of PTEN expression was not a usual and early event and could be viewed as an independent prognostic factor.The expressions of P63 and P53 could have not significance in differential diagnosis and prognosis of the thyroid papillary carcinima and follicular carcinoma.
