左侧三房心的X线诊断和评价

X-ray Diagnosis and Evaluation of Cor Triatriatum Sinister

作者分析了２２例左侧三房心的临床资料，其中２０例经手术证实，经尸检或造影证实各１例。１０例为单纯左侧三房心，１２例合并其他心血管畸形。描述了本病的胸部平片和心血管造影征象，左房真腔、假腔和异常纤维肌性隔膜的形态和运动特征。评价了不同检查方法的诊断价值，讨论了手术、病理、造影所见和临床征象间的相互关系以及本病的发病机理。分析表明，左房假腔排血受阻程度及合并畸形与发病年龄和临床症状密切相关。

Twenty two cases of cor triatriatum sinister were reviewed.The diagnosis was confirmed at operation in 20 patients,and at autopsy or angiogcardiography in 1 patient for each re-spectively. In this entity,the lesion occurred as an isolated anomaly in 10 cases and in association with Other anomalies in 12 cases. Chest roentgenogram and angiocardiographic findings of the anoma-ly were analysed,Morphologic and kinetic features of the proximal chamber,the distal chamber,and the abnormal partitioning fibromuscular membrane were fully described in this article. Diagnostic val-ues by different methods in diagnosis of the disease,correlations between operative,angiocardio-grapphic,and clinical findings, and pathogenesis of the disease were also discussed.The severity of obstruction at the exit of the proximal chamber and associated other anomalies were directly related to the age at presentation and severity of symptoms.
