数字减影血管造影对乳腺癌血管征象的识别

Evaluation of the Vascular Architecture of Breast Cancer Using Digital Subtraction Angiography

作者对１６例乳腺癌患者进行锁骨下动脉数字减影血管造影（ＤＳＡ），认为乳腺癌的异常血管结构主要包括血管紊乱、肿瘤染色和血管湖形成：而乳腺癌的血供主要来源于胸外侧动脉和肩胛下动脉，同侧腋下淋巴结染色可单独出现，ＤＳＡ较常规血管造影能清晰地显示血管结构。

Digital subtraction angiography (DSA)of the subclavian artery was performed in 46 patients with breast cancer. Abnormalities in the vascular architecture of breast cancer included chaotic distrihitlon,tumor staining and pooling of contrast material.The vascular supply of the breast cancer mainiy arises from the lateral thoracic and subscapular arteries.Blushing of unilateral axillary lymph node could occur alone without blushing of the primary tumor. DSA depicted more clearly the vascular architecture than conventional angiography.
