摘要
建立了采用近红外透射光谱与气相色谱分析相结合的方式鉴定真假茅台酒的方法及流程。以2004年11批茅台酒为基础,以其他酱香型酒为参考建立了近红外光谱指纹模型和气相色谱指纹模型,应用这两个模型成功识别了模拟辨别真假样品,鉴定结果与感官品评结果和实际结果相一致。
The discrimination of true and false MOUTAI liquor was carried out by using NIR transmission spectroscopy and Gas Chromatrgraphy. The eleven batchs MOUTAI liquor of 2004 were selected as the standard samples and the other liquor about 51 samples as the reference samples.The Discrimination analysis model was utilized to build the NIR and GC fingerprint model of MOUTAI liquor. Then the two model were used to classify the five stimulating samples. The results showed that the discrimination results were in accordance with the sense-organ evaluation and the fact.
